You should not be changing the Class value, it should remain as=20 'KeyBoard'. The UpperFilters value is a MULTI_REG_SZ and will contain=20 the 'kbdclass' value, among others. So you must add your filter driver=20 service name 'before' the kbdclass entry in this list.
