Hyper-V -VM Disk Surprise Removal - Disk Event 157

Hi We have storage disks mapped to Host and being used by installing GOS with Hyper-V VM. During a test IO runs we always find the Disk Event 157 with Surprise Removal for at least 1 of the disk out of say 20 mapped to the Physical Host. I searched a lot on web and many suggested its because of VSS or Backup. Anybody has seen the same issue and if any RCA on the same ? Thanks for the help. Regards..kiran
