With the Explorer, browse to the directory containing your filter driver package (inf), then right-click on the inf file and select Install in the context menu. Then within an admin command prompt, type :
Fltmc load MyFilterDriver
to load the filter driver and :
Fltmc unload MyFilterDriver
to unload any previously loaded instance of the filter driver.
