Windows 10 Fall Creators update application fails. No workaround works.
In the file C:\Windows\panther\Setuperr.log the following line occurs:
2017-12-15 15:44:12, Error**************** CONX** 0xd0000034 Failed to add user mode driver [%SystemRoot%\system32\DRIVERS\UMDF\uicciso.dll]
What could be the reason for this UMDF error?
