I would like to know if somebody experience similar problem recently.
The problem is following. Because of Windows 10 requirements my company has started to signing drivers in the Hardware Dev Center. We followed all requirements and submitted drivers for signing. We did one submission in January 15 and another in January 28. Both submissions still have status “Pending”. I wrote several e-mails to xxxxx@microsoft.com but I haven’t gotten any replay in the last two weeks. Does anybody have similar problem? Is there any another way to communicate with Microsoft about this issue? How do you usually resolve a delay in signing? I created a post in “Windows Hardware Testing and Certification” forum but I got only one replay from a guy who has the same problem.
