Redirs, mmap and oplocks

What is the behavior if you mmap the file from RDR, and then the oplock to this file is revoked?

Is the behavior undefined? or is there any attempts to maintain distributed coherency in this case?

Which version of RDR?

Max,

In my experience there are no guarantees in this case. In general, the
redirector can pend the break request, indicating the break is in
progress. But depending on the source of the break request, from another
Windows server, Linux, etc. then the break request may be mandated and
not recognized as a being pended.
