I installed the production VS 2015 Pro and the production WDK (on August 1), generated a do nothing KMDF driver which built. I then looked at the properties to change the target OS and it ONLY showed Win 10 (grayed). I was assuming the new WDK could build drivers for previous OS versions.
Am I just missing something silly?

Look for the Driver Settings entry in the project properties dialog, you can
change the target OS version there.
