FsRtlCheckOplock bug

If you specify invalid locking range for FsRtlCheckOplock function, it
returns STATUS_INVALID_LOCK_RANGE but doesn’t complete the IRP.

Presumably this is on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10?

I found it on Windows 7, but i didn’t test it on Windows 8+.
