miniport driver flow control

Hi,

I am writing the miniport driver to perform flow control.I need to achieve the uplink and downlink speeds to as 40Mbps and 200Mbps respectively.I read in msdn that send and receive speed can be set in the NDIS_MINIPORT_ADAPTER_GENERAL_ATTRIBUTES.Can you let me know if this setting is sufficient? do I have to include any other logic?
