I can browse most of this site without signing up, so why would I bother?

Correct.  For much of the content on OSR Online, there's no need to register.  For example, you can browse Hector's Memos, the DDK Docs, and FAQ content in some of the specific driver categories.  Alas, while all content is free, if you want to contribute to, and receive the most from this unique community, some level of site registration is required.

Basic Site Registration

Basic site registration is easy.  A valid name, valid email address, and a password.  THAT's not too much to ask for, is it?  What do you get by doing this?

  • Ability to contribute comments on content pieces on the site
  • Announcements of new site content via email
  • Access to the Download section of the site for free tools and utilities
  • Access to Driver Jobs section for reading or posting new job opportunities
