New DDK Package -- The DDK Suite (Update)

Microsoft will be making available a new bundle of DDK stuff especially for driver developers. This bundle includes:
* Windows DDK
* Windows XP DDK
* Server Appliance kit
* Hardware Compatibility Tests (HCT) 10.0
* Symbols CDs (W2K SP0, W2K SP2, XP SP0)
* WinHEC driver session materials and videos on CD
* Back issues of the OSR's The NT Insider on CD
