Warning: Beware winioctl.h from Visual C/C++ Version 6.0

The Visual C/C++ Version 6.0 (part of Visual Studio) includes a header file for winioctl.h that includes incorrect definitions for some file system operations because it was taken from a pre-release version of Windows 2000. You should use the version of winioctl.h from the Platform SDK Instead.
