This utility provides an easy, clean interface to the registry key that controls SetupAPI logging and permits you to tailor the level and format of information generated.

"Win 7 support."
Doest it work on Win 7? Tested on Win 7 x86, the changes doesn't stay. Launch it->change the settings->close . Re-open, its back to what it was originally.
