Signing requirements for minifilter?

I thought Win10 now needed to be signed by MS? But signing using normal EA certificate seemed to allow it to load fine? Is it because it’s insider version of Win10, or is the MS signing for device driver types only?

Win10 attestation/logo signing rules apply to FS filters. Maybe you are hitting one of the exceptions?

thanks, yeah this didn’t have secure boot.

question on signing if you know, at first it was clear, you tick the box for win10. Now in there they have Win10 multiple versions. Do you have to choose all the different signatures to work on those versions or can you just choose Windows 10 1506 and 1511 and that one will work going forward?

If you?re attestation signing, choosing one should ?just work? on later releases (otherwise systems might cease to function once you updated). I?d select them all anyway though.

Logo signing has program requirements around running the tests on each individual platform (which is a PITA)
